Reservations policies;

There are 4 ways to reserve a room:Enquire about our summer special May-September 2014  call at 760-401-1309

1. Book your stay online Click Here! Windsurfer is a booking engine that provides reservations for Harmony Motels (it is a third party booking engine that is provided by Inn link a central reservations’ service),

2. Click on the Tab Book Your Stay or Fill Out Form On The Contact Us

3. Call us directly at (760)367-3351/760-401-1309,

4. You can also e-mail us at info@harmonymotel.com

Check in – is from 3pm, if you are a late arrival after 10pm call the motel at 760-367-3351/760-401-1309.

Check Out- is at 11 am.

All our rooms are non-smoking.

 Pets are not allowed.

What is required to make a reservations:

A Valid Credit Card is required to make a reservation. The following Credit Cards can be used to make a reservation (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover).

Cancellation policy: Any cancellation must be made at least 48 hours prior to your reservation (prior to the arrival date). In case of a late cancellation:

  • (Within 48 hours prior to the arrival date, a penalty of one night’s stay will apply for a two night stay, and for 3 or more nights a penalty of two nights cost of your stay will be charged).
  • No shows are considered cancellations and they will result in a loss of full amount of the Night’s stay.
  • Early check outs that is reservations that has multiple nights and we are unable to rent the remaining nights, you will be charged the full amount of room with tax for the reservation.

Harmony Motel reserves the right to adjust the required cancellation period in certain circumstances i.e., if rooms are being booked over a month or two in advance, the required notice of cancellation time frame will be changed,( as the motel only have 8 rooms with limited room types) Please call the Harmony to inquire.

Reservation Policies for Holiday Periods:

  • Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year’s holiday periods our regular 48 hour cancellation policy changes over to a 7 day cancellation policy, and some holidays have a two-night minimum stay as outlined below:
  • Spring Break:  March/April 2015

7 day cancellation policy,

  • Thanksgiving: November 27th – 29th 2014

2 night minimum stay, 7 day cancellation policy,

Christmas & New Year’s: December 24th – January 3rd 2015,

2 night minimum stay,7 day cancellation policy.
